I ship via the United States Postal Service. Once the package leaves the studio I am not able to track it other than the tracking number that is sent to you.
If there are any issues with where your package is please contact your local post office with the tracking number for more information.
International shipping to Canada is $20 and will be shipped Priority Mail through the USPS, including insurance. All other international orders will be shipped Priority Mail through the USPS and shipping will be $40 and will include insurance.
Lost Orders and Address Issues:
I use the USPS Office to ship. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrect delivery of packages once there is tracking info for your order.
Similarly, if your Paypal address or the address you provided is not correct, I cannot be held responsible for MIA packages. Should you find yourself in this position, I encourage you to take your tracking number to the PO and see what can be done.
In either occasion, feel free to reach out and I'll do my best to help you sort out any shipping issue.

Custom items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,
I don't accept order cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
You must provide a tracking number of the return.
Once item is returned you will receive a refund of the purchase price MINUS shipping.
Definitely! If your item is damaged, please contact me the day it arrives. Package needs to be received within 10 days of the original receipt.
What I need:
- A note with your name, address and product
- The tracking number
Once item is returned you will receive a refund of the shipping cost and then we will mail out your new item.
